Strategy for professional improvement in the use of Digital Educational Resources

The article presents a professional development strategy focused on the use of Digital Educational Resources as a response to the challenges faced by primary education teachers in the province of San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic, in efficiently implementing these resources. This issue was evidenced through the application of various methods and instruments, which scientifically supported and validated the study. For the execution of the strategy, several methods and techniques were applied, including the analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, historical-logical, and systemic structural-functional approaches. The theoretical contribution lies in the selection of key components of the strategy. From a practical perspective, its relevance lies in the implementation of actions that promote ways of operating and developing skills to analyze, optimize, and select digital educational resources to enhance teaching and learning processes.
