Abstract

The objective is to make conceptual reflections on the management of educational risk in Marginal Urban Educational Centers oriented to the improvement of teachers' professionalism to perceive, communicate and mitigate them. As a result of the study, the components of educational risk are specified and its management is defined as a process that takes shape through the prescriptive, projective and evaluative processes, which conceives interaction and social mediation, in specific historical and cultural contexts, and considers the dialectic between the objective and the subjective, the historical, the diversity, the different and the inclusion.
