Achieving formative sustainability in the organizational management of the Educational Regional Office in the Dominican Republic, aimed at implementing digital technologies at the Primary Level, is a challenge. Therefore, this article proposes a strategy to achieve this goal. It is an explanatory research that uses a mixed approach. The strategy was applied in three regions with 711 teachers, using research instruments such as questionnaires, focus groups, participant observation, and document consultation. The validation of the strategy was carried out through workshops of critical opinion and collective construction. As a result, the strategy promotes formative sustainability with the use of digital technologies based on the relationships between the prescriptive, the projective, and the collegial decision-making of the organizational structure to manage the pedagogical and technical training process of the actors in the educational process.
