Abstract

The main objective of this manuscript is to know the perception of the students of the National Technological Institute of Mexico Campus Coatzacoalcos about trust in teachers from a gender perspective. The study is located from the empirical-analytical position with a quantitative and cross-sectional data analysis, with a descriptive investigative level with a single cut in time during the August 2021-January 2022 semester. A non-probabilistic sample was determined. with the convenience technique of 450 out of a population of 4600 students. A measurement instrument was applied on the perception of trust in teachers in an educational context, which has a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.875. The results obtained show that there is no significant difference in the perception of teachers' trust from a gender perspective on competence, benevolence and integrity.
