Abstract

For Physical Education teachers in Baja California there is no specific training for the subject. The main objective of this research is to select the elements of a distance training design for physical education teachers from Baja California. This research is descriptive with a mixed, qualitative-quantitative approach, and consists of three stages, selection of the Digital Platform (Moodle) through the methods, incomplete inductive logic by simple enumeration and the expert, selection of the Instructional Model (4C/ID) by means of incomplete inductive logic by simple enumeration and analogical methods, and the selection of the program topics, which was carried out by reviewing documents. The analysis of the quantitative information was carried out through the statistical program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25.0, and the Nvivo12 software was used to code the qualitative data. The selected elements will form part of the training design that will be proposed.
