Abstract

The research addresses the issue of deficiencies in the conception of the management process in Educational Centers of the Dominican Republic, which weaken the educational influences of organizational culture. The objective is to propose a strategy for managing this culture within the teaching staff, based on the processes of prescriptive diagnosis of the context, projection of the organizational structure, and evaluation of decision-making, to enhance educational influences in the teaching process. A qualitative approach is used, supported by a longitudinal study, and the population consists of management teams, teaching staff, and students from educational centers. The strategy aims to mobilize educational influences by characterizing the organizational context, making collegial decisions, and carrying out activities in line with the motives, expectations, and personal and professional needs of the students.
