Correlation analysis between culture and organizational climate: an ice and bottled water production company case in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico

The pourpose of the present study was to analyze the relationship between climate and organizational culture in an ice and bottled water production company in the city of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico. It had a quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational design. The survey technique was applied to all labor base of the company, using the Litwin and Stringer Organizational Climate survey and the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), both employed a Likert scale. Data processing was performed using the statistical software SPSS v. 26. Among the findings, the existence of a correlation between culture and climate was verified.
