Organizational diagnosis of commercial micro-enterprises in the northern region of the state of Nayarit.

Abstract

This research was approached in an exploratory and descriptive way because the situation of commercial microenterprises was described, which were subjected to analysis, its main objective was to diagnose the commercial microenterprises of the municipalities of the North of Nayarit, Mexico, that is, knowing the current situation of organizations and the problems that prevent their growth. It was developed with a quantitative approach using the Pyme-Jica methodology. It was concluded that it is important that in micro-enterprises the areas of opportunity and improvement are detected, on the other hand, the area with the greatest problems turned out to be administration and direction, it is also important to comment that the rest of the areas are below of 6 points of qualification which means that its way of operating is informal.
