Organizational diagnosis in the micro-enterprises of commercial activity in the municipality of Acaponeta, Nayarit; Mexico

Abstract

The present study aims to identify by means of an organizational diagnosis the situation of the commercial micro-enterprises of the municipality of Acaponeta, Nayarit; Mexico. The research is descriptive because there is no manipulation of variables, theseare observed and described as they occur in their natural environment, for this study a questionnaire called Pyme-Jica was used which allows identifying the area of opportunity to carry out plans of improvement, it was applied to a sample of 294 managers and owners of commercial microenterprises. In general, the areas that present the greatest weaknesses are finances (6.3) and human resources (6.5), this indicates that these activities are carried out informally and are also not carried out frequently. It was concluded that the different areas of microenterprises have an average rating of 6.9, which means that it is almost always used, but not in its entirety.
