Internal Control and Institutional Management in the Microfinance "Caritas Felices", Chimbote, Ancash, Peru, 2020.

Abstract

The research was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship of internal control and institutional management in Microfinance “Caritas Felices”, Chimbote, Ancash, Peru, 2020; The study has a quantitative approach, descriptive-correlational, non-experimental, transectional design. The sample population consisted of 25 collaborators. The survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. There is evidence of a level of significance (p = 0.000), and a correlation coefficient (rs = 0.709), concluding that there is a strong positive relationship between internal control and institutional management in the Microfinance “Caritas Felices”, Chimbote, Ancash, Peru, 2020.
