Level of psychosocial risk in workload and type of contracts in workers of H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas

The objective of the work was to identify whether there is a difference between the level of psychosocial risk associated with the workload, and the type of contract of the workers of a factory in the city of H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico. The following work of investigation is merely descriptive, transversal, correlational and non-experimental. The sample was 1240 workers distributed in administrative positions, indirect personnel of confidence, indirect unionized and direct unionized personnel. The instrument used was a questionnaire to identify psychosocial risk factors and evaluate the organizational environment in workplaces, generated by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Security, through the Official Mexican Standard 035 of 2018. The results show that trusted personnel, both base and indirect, have a high prevalence of psychosocial risk associated with the workload.
