The research ICTs as a motivating factor in the teaching-learningprocess at the UAdeOEl Fuerte, a problemwas identified related with theuse of ICTs, where teachers and students are involved. A sample of 60 studentswas taken, and a survey was applied to them. According to data collection, teachers must make use of ICTs as a teaching-learning method and motivate students to be interested to develop and reach their academic potencial, therefore improve their learning process underthis methodology. Has been demostratedthat there is a need to increase efforts in the training of teachers, specifically in ICTs. As a teacher, this type of training is paramount in helping all teachers maximize the academicpotencial of each and everystudent. Fortunately, strategies are being proposed at this university to improve and reinforce the use of ICTs and its application in the teaching-learning process to benefit all students.
