Automation of Follow-up Graduate Process: UAE –UAN case

Abstract

This paper describes the development prof a Web-based System for the follow-up graduate process at the Unidad Académica de Economía (Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit), which will be used to register and control academic information, labor information and the opinion of the programs graduates offered at UAE. Rapid application methodology has been used to develop the Software, and it corresponds to a kind of investigation denominated as applied technological research. All this was possible thanks to a team of 4 people. As part of results, the function of this software and reports derived for continuous improvement of the programs are described.
