The research had a descriptive scope, a non-experimental transactional design was applied, the survey technique was used and a questionnaire was used as an instrument that was applied to all the workers; with which the stress level was determined according to the demand model -control of García (2016). The data collected was entered into the statistical software IBM SPSS V 2.1. The results obtained show that in general the PUCESE does not have a high level of work stress because only 22% of its workers are within this classification.
