Abstract

Psychosocial risks are those situations in the work context that damage the health of the worker, their lack of identification and analysis is a problem that has gained importance in recent years. The objective of this research is to identify and statistically analyze the presence ofpsychosocial risklevesusing the reference guide III included in NOM-035-STPS-2018 to a sample of 107 employees of a hotel company considering a descriptive methodological design not experimental. It was shown that the staff of the room division department has a higher average score (85.74), reflecting a medium level of risk. In addition, an ANOVA (α=0.05) was performed between the mean scores of four departments, the result (sig.= 0.360) shows that the level of psychosocial risk does not differ significantly among the collaborators. It is concluded that attention to this type of risk should not be differentiated between the departments due to its significantly equal presence.
