The present resource is designed to facilitate, through the dynamics of gameplay, the reinforcement of various topics within the subject of Basic Administration at the higher education level for students of the Comprehensive Health Academic Unit (U.A. de SALUD INTEGRAL) at the Universidad Autonomy de Nayarit (U.A.N.). This approach takes into account the logical and psychologically meaningful principles proposed by Ausubel. The educational resource will be named “Tower of Administrative Knowledge” and is intended to be implemented preferably within a classroom setting. The activity consists of stacking wooden blocks vertically to form a tower, based on the well-known game JENGA, combined with a column-matching exercise. The activity requires at least two teams, with each member taking turns to approach the center, where the Tower of Administrative Knowledge is located, select a piece—which will be marked with identifiers corresponding to those on the whiteboard—and complete the column-matching task.
