In the Dominican Republic, Physical Literacy is mistakenly perceived as sports activities, without integrating healthy habits or other disciplines. Therefore, this research aims to propose a strategy for managing pedagogical accompaniment for primary level teachers to improve Physical Literacy. To this end, the deficiencies in the management of pedagogical accompaniment that limit Physical Literacy were identified, and an explanatory study was conducted in 2024. A non-probabilistic approach was followed with 21 primary level teachers, equally distributed by gender. In the validation of the instrument, based on the analysis of cognitive, instrumental, and attitudinal variables, a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.927 and a Content Validity Index of 0.8545 were obtained.
