Agile entrepreneurship methodology for the development of startups in Mexico.

Abstract

The research is documentary, the character of qualitative analysis; interpretive approaches are carried out. The objective is to design an agile entrepreneurship methodology for the development of startups in Mexico that allows promoting the generation of business ideas by young entrepreneurs. This study is focused on supporting business ideas, for which an analysis was made based on the main methodologies: Lean Startup and Design Thinking. Generating the following question: What are the stages of an agile entrepreneurship methodology for the development of startups in Mexico? The main result is an agile entrepreneurship methodology for the development of startups and its main pillars are: reflect, devise, launch, scale; with the premise of increasing the chances of success and reducing the possible risks that may arise. In general, this methodology will serve as support to promote the development ofnew creative ideas in young entrepreneurs.
