The objective of this work is to analyze the internal factors that influence the success of organizations through competitiveness. The approach used for this study was qualitative, exploratory and descriptive through a case study; the unit of study was a company dedicated to serigraphyin the city of Tepic, Nayarit, in which through a Likert scale questionnaire, constructed and validated through expert judgment, competitiveness was evaluated in the areas of production, finance, market, administration and human resources. The results indicate a lack of leadership, undefined objectives, poor organization of human resources and poor financial management, which are reflected in a decline in sales, dissatisfied customers, disengaged employees and indebtedness, affecting the company's competitiveness.
