For this purpose, the methodology used is mainly qualitative, developed through different documentary materials of a doctrinal and legal nature, from statistical reports of national institutions such as the National Human Rights Commission. Finally, through this workit is identified that, in social reintegration centers, the minimum conditions of dignity in internment are hardly materialized.
