Organizational diagnosis of GENERA cooperative financial services in Victoria de Durango, Mexico.

Abstract

This article considers relevant the development that organizational diagnoses have taken in the business sector since the information they generate allows better decision making, for this reason the main objective of this case study is to identify the factors of organizational performance with the Pyme-jica tool for cooperative financial services GENERA (GENERA) responding to the research question: How is Genera cooperative financial services currently? This study is of a cross-sectional quantitative type and descriptive statistics are used, having as a sample the application of a census to all GENERA employees during the year 2020, resulting in the strengths andweaknesses of the dimensions of administration or management, operations, market and sales, human resources, finances, concluding the importance of developing a business plan in conjunction with manuals that contemplate the proper hiring, staff training and change of management.
