Teaching experiences of returning to face-to-face classes after the COVID-19 pandemic

The present research discusses the experiences of higher education teachers in relation to the return to classes and their perspectives regarding the infection prevention measures implemented by the Autonomous University of Nayarit (UAN). The objective of this research is to categorize the teachers' belief system about the COVID-19 disease, the application of preventive measures and vaccination, evaluating the perception of higher education teachers about the preventive measures implemented at the Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit (UAN) when returning to on-site classes. A qualitative research approach was developed based on Hermeneutic Phenomenology. Interviewing an expert and 10 professors. As one of the conclusive results, teachers have knowledge about the COVID-19 virus, which was essential for self-care and health promotion when returning to classes.
